Where It All Started: The Turning Point

Years ago, my life was, well, crap. I was an introvert who desperately wanted friends, a meaningful relationship, and the freedom of working for myself. I longed for a family and a beautiful life, but it felt like a distant dream. Everything changed when I stumbled across the documentary The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. That was my first introduction to manifestation, and it completely shifted my perspective on life. I was living a boring, unfulfilled life, and I was tired of feeling stuck. This documentary lit a spark in me, so I dove into researching everything I could about manifestation.

Taking the First Steps: Visualisation and Gratitude

After watching The Secret, I began to change how I approached life. My first steps into manifestation involved visualisation and changing my limiting beliefs. I learned that how I thought about myself and my life directly affected what I attracted. Daily gratitude became a major part of my routine, inspired by another of Rhonda Byrne’s books, The Magic. I started to focus on what I was grateful for, even the smallest things. Little by little, I started to see changes. But, if I’m being honest, the journey wasn’t all smooth sailing.

Facing Challenges and Overcoming Doubts

In the beginning, it was hard. I faced many challenges and doubts because, for a long time, I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. I would manifest constantly, but my thought patterns were so ingrained that changing them took ages. It was frustrating, and at times, I questioned whether any of this even worked. Then came the turning point during the COVID-19 lockdown. Some people will say the opposite, but although this period was tough for many, it was a blessing for me. Being forced to slow down and spend time alone helped me learn more about myself and truly focus on self-improvement. And then, just like that, things started falling into place. I met my specific person, who is now my husband, and we have a beautiful daughter. We own an apartment, are financially stable, and enjoy a life of travel and freedom. It all felt like magic, but I know it was the power of manifestation.

The Breakthrough Moment: When It All Changed

The breakthrough moment for me happened during the COVID-19 lockdown. With more time to reflect and work on myself, I noticed that my mindset had shifted. Suddenly, opportunities and blessings started to flow into my life. I know it was a difficult time for many, but for me, it kick-started the life I had always dreamed of.

My Secret Weapon: Subliminals

Of all the tools I’ve tried, subliminals have been the most effective in transforming my mindset. Initially, I would listen to them whenever I had a free moment. I would lie down, put on my headphones, and let the subliminals work their magic. Now, I listen to them every night as I fall asleep, as I’ve found that’s when they’re the most powerful. Along with subliminals, I also practice visualisation and listen to affirmations to keep my mindset aligned with my goals.

What I’ve Manifested So Far

Since I embraced the power of manifestation, my life has transformed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I now have the money, the apartment, a loving husband, and our precious baby girl. We travel, enjoy life to the fullest, and live the dream I once thought was impossible. Manifestation has given me the life I’ve always wanted.

A Lesson Learned: Be Careful What You Think About

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned on this journey is to be mindful of your thoughts. Let me share a story with you. Years ago, I had an old car that I cherished but knew it was time to let go of. One day, I had this annoying thought: "If something happened to this car, it would be a sign to finally give it up." Not long after, I was driving on the motorway, stopped due to traffic, and got hit from behind at 60 mph. My car was completely written off. I truly believe that my thoughts played a role in manifesting that accident. This experience taught me to be extremely careful about what I think and focus on because the universe is always listening. Now I am always careful and if a negative thought comes up, I quickly change what I am thinking.

There’s a ton of information out there about the Law of Attraction, and it can be overwhelming. When I was starting, I wished I had a simple, clear guide to help me navigate everything. My Current Routine: Scripting and Subliminals

I don’t follow a strict routine, but I make sure to visualise and listen to subliminals daily. When I want to manifest something specific, I also practice scripting and act as if I already have it. This method has worked wonders for me, and I believe it can do the same for you.
