To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Requests for returns or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, and only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please note: Unless damaged, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Additionally, some items are non-returnable, such as custom-made products, and digital downloads.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@affirmandattract.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

6. Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
